UAB Loss vs Troy Loss Ban Bet

Saban’s loss to UAB has been brought up as probably the #1 defense to the almost indefensible loss to Troy last season.
Both sides have fair points. However, the biggest caveat is that Saban won the SEC in 2001.
I propose a bet. Here are the stakes
If O wins the SEC in 2018, Anyone who takes this bet as a O- cannot bring up the Troy loss again or be banned
If O does not win the SEC in 2018, and this does not continue the Saban-sequence trend of following up a Sunbelt loss with an SEC championship, anyone who takes this bet as an O+ cannot bring up Saban losing to UAB or be banned.
If Saban wins the west and plays in the SEC Championship game ULM is still in play. (Can always be used against Bama fans)
Settle the most annoying arguement once and for all.

Well I don't talk about either loss as I believe if a team isn't fully prepared and the other team is, then it doesn't matter what your name is or who you think you are, you can lose that game.
So I'll watch from the sidelines as I've been doing. I don't really argue either point so it would be useless for me to be in this bet. I hope the people that do argue this join up, because I'm tired of both arguments lol

I'm pretty confident 2018 isn't the year we get in unless we can get in it with 3 SEC loses like in 2001? Maybe it's possible then but I think 2019 will be the year we have a shot to win it. I mean I guess it could happen if we get lucky and everything lines up.

With Saban being mentioned as the greatest college coach ever. Him losing to UAB, and then ULM, after he won a national championship. Having 12 yrs experience,14 if you count the Miami Dolphins at the time. That really means anybody could suffer the same fate. So please lose the word indefensible.O, supposedly is just a shrimp boat captain, right.

I know, but it’s pretty solid by your standards.
It’s easy to argue bullshite with no consequences, and these are pretty easy consequences. If you lose you aren’t banned, you just have to shut the frick up one way or another or be banned.

You can get personal all you want to. O wasn't my first choice of hire either. At least, I can be objective, and reasonable. Something that your negativity just can't let you be. Why should I bet against somebody that is not even truthful with themselves. I knew that one of you guys were going to come back with a pass for Nick Saban. Now you are doing what the NCAA always does.

Of course anyone can lose. There are hundreds of coaches who lose to shitty teams and they usually aren’t compared to the best coach of all time.
Sure Saban gets a pass, but he won. He won championships and he won them pretty quickly. The point is you get a pass when you actually win something. O is being given a pass without winning anything. I am 100% willing to give him that pass if, like Saban, he wins and SEC championship. Because that’s ultimately why we forgave UAB.
So either you know it is a bum comparison, or actually hold the comparison to the test.
