Alfred Blue fell down twice untouched on the run to the near sideline? I thought for sure he blew his knee out again with they way he awkwardly slipped.

I think Miles decided right than and there, Blue is not going to get hurt in a non-conference game.
That's why you saw Hilliard, Hill, Magee, Brazil rest of the game.

I still don't think blue is 100% yet. He looked really timid in both games so far. Somethin is up with him.

Even if he is, his brain doesn't believe it.

This. He is clearly timid when hitting the hole.

Blue is a really good running back. At most schools he would be considered the best on the team, but in my opinion he has never been the best running back on LSU at any given point. The games he has shined in were all very weak opponents. We really haven't seen him play much for the length of tiime he has been here, so I think that we are just now getting to see what he is made of. I'm not so sure it is his previous injury affecting his running ability, he may have just been over rated.

I am not bashing the guy, I just think that people over hyped him.

No, I think he really has lost a step. He looks noticeably slower. Pre injury, that dude could outrun nearly any db. Now? He can't get past the linebackers. Upon first contact, he's looking for a place to lay down. I'm disappointed because I had high hopes for him.

the concern wasnt his ability, it was coming back from injury. weve had bad luck with rbs after knee injuries.
