"LSU is Lucy & Florida is Charlie Brown" ( referencing Lucy always jerking the ball away at the last moment ) "This was Florida's best loss ever".

Our special team's blunders gave Florida life they should not have had...it is a phase of the game we need to address immediately

LSU hit a fake field goal, a flea flicker, and a desperation heave. It was a pretty close games and both teams got plays you typically don't get.

Agreed. We gave UF 14 points....we were good enough to win despite that.

Tiger Stadium at night in an SEC game is said to be about a 2 score advantage for LSU....do we gave up our advantage and won by 1 score.

End story far as I'm concerned.

Do you usually get a muffed punt after being shut down by opposing defenses to open games?
If LSU scores after the half and goes up three scores we're likely talking abou a blowout today. So let's not try to paint this as anything other than what it was, a great win over a very good team.

Desperation heaves aren't usually throw exactly to someone in a spot and hits them in the numbers. Nothing desperate about that pass. Idiot

That desperation heave was thrown by one of the QB's I've ever seen throw on the run. I wish we had more designed plays with BH throwing on the run.

Florida hit a desperation pass as well...as you call it and that and the flicker aren't special teams plays. We will subtract 4 points from TD off fake field goal. LSU lost special teams by 10 points. Gave would have not been close.
