Quote from the number one player in OK Deondre Clark. Everyone had a right to be mad at him when he was kicked off but when you put things into perspective he did more for this school than 90% of those that came here.

Let's hope the parties with Clark and Mathieu do not come to fruition, keep JJ away from him too.

Can't deny the excitement that Tyrann Mathieu brought to the game for LSU. Also, you can't deny that the coaches allowed Mathieu to float to bring chaos and make plays. We were mad at TM7 because we wanted him on the field for another season. But Clark is correct, the system at LSU allowed Mathieu to to play to his potential.

this is why I always said it was great that LSU remained on great terms with Tyrann.. but it was more for the New Orleans recruits. how awesome it was for an out of state recruit..

I always liked talking to opposing fans about Mathieu. Especially during his freshman year when he wasn't as widely known. Back then it was watch out for #14.

They couldn't deny how much a gamer Mathieu was while at LSU.

btw never was mad at him, just disappointed.. but he had his own struggles and that is far more important.

he brought so much excitement and enjoyment to LSU (i appreciate the 2 years he did give to LSU) and again I am very happy he was able to leave on tremendous terms. it could have gotten ugly, especially for st. aug recruits had it been a sour break away.

It's been a while now so I've finally learned to get over it and accept what happened. While also recognizing he had one of the best individual seasons in LSU history

Les Miles haters, take notice. Les found the diamond in the rough when the only people turned on to Mathieu other than Leslie were at UT.
