For the last time Quinn has elite speed 4.39 40. The kid runs track. He knows how to Sprint with minimum motion wasted. In his highlights it looks as if he is coasting, but yet the defenders in pursuit get further and further away. He is going to be great if he keeps working hard end of story.

On a serious note, he definitely has deceptive speed. You wouldn't notice it from the video, but nobody seems to catch him. Looks more like a glide.

I think he IS deceptively fast, very smooth runner and he makes it look effortless.
