Besides recruiting, who is worse as a coach?

Jones and it isn't even close. TJ just couldn't recruit.

At least Trent Johnson actually coached at a real program and had some success before he came here

We hired a dude that wasn't even any good at North Texas

At least Trent's teams play defense, but offensively it was, well, offensive.

Trent Johnson would have a better record with this team. His problem was that he couldn't get any talent here. Jones has the opposite problem

Johnny Jones all the way.

At least Trent Johnson won an SEC title and took advantage of what was in front of him.

Neither is a desirable option. At least Jones hasn't brought us a combined 5 SEC wins over two seasons. I guess I'll take a guy who can recruit and is horrible in-game over a guy who can't recruit at all and is mediocre in-game.

At least Johnson had one good year- his first. Jones hasn't had any.

Trent Johnson was the worst basketball coach I have ever seen. Marcus Thornton made him look like a genius He was a snob who won with two lottery picks and Brady's healthy talent. If Tasmin Mitchell would have not gotten hurt we would have never heard of Trent Johnson. He has won like 7 conference games in four years at TCU. He was awful. JJ is hard headed and will cost him his job.
