He flat out apologized for the team saying the last year and a half has been one of the worst in recent memory and that it will get better, developing freshmen, etc, BS, etc. Told us how hostile other SEC venues are even when their teams are not winning (UGA) and asked us to some to some games. He told us about when Malcolm White got in to it with some Bama player he was in the middle of the court and when he turned around the rest of the team was still at the bench. When he got back to the bench he called them a bunch of pussies and told them that they could go wait in the locker room if they were scared.

He seems like a nice guy, I hope he can turn this clusterfrick around.

Oh, and he brought about 20 large pizzas.

Trent does seem like an extremely cool guy, one of the main reasons I'm hoping he's the guy that turns things around.

How many other coaches would do that? He's a great guy and I hope he turns it around.

Yea, I agree, the few times i've met him, he's been genuine and honest and seems like a no BS kinda guy. Here's hoping he can get this ship righted

Good effort but somebody in the athletic department should have told him to do this earlier since we only have 2 home games left.

He's brutally honest, and I really appreciate that quality in a coach.

Brady used to bring the whole team to all the fraternity and sorority houses. Big Baby would always walk in and ask where the keg was at.

He seemed genuine in asking us to be patient and support the team. He'd be wasting his time trying to be political (I assumes this means campaigning to keep his job) in front of a bunch of students. If that was his sole purpose he should have gone and found some boosters to schmooze with.

Speaking of he talked about how during football games he probably should be up in the suites talking to the donors but said he spends most of the game on the field talking to students. While near the cheerleaders.

I can't remember which player he was talking about but he called one of them out for drinking too much and chasing too much tail at the beginning of the season "but we worked that out."
