A 2.8 JUCO GPA is not encouraging though.
They don't have the academic center supplying tutors to do all of your work for you
Football players in the SEC (and big conferences in general) have the most absurd academic advantages given to them. Showing up is about the only thing they need to do.

Chad's situation is not comparable to Travonte Valentine's.
in some ways. valentines woes are mostly self inflicted. maybe he's grown up? everyone deserves another shot.

If he truly wants to be a Tiger and he proves it with actions, It's only a win-win situation for us...miracles do happen, though very seldom...young males that get far too much attention for their football abilities have a difficult coming to grips with "real" reality...we should all understand this fact...it's a struggle for marginal students...I personally wish him success on and off the field!

Look I hope this kid gets it together but at this point LSU needs to use that schollie somewhere else.

Can you imagine this team with him in the DT rotation? Oh what could have been.

Just as a depth to plug holes and give breathers to our starters would be huge. Really huge.
Even if he sucked, he could plug holes for a couple plays each series.

I wouldnt mind him back, but not in place of some of the stud DTs we are recruiting right now - if we miss on all of them

I hope he can come back...would hate to have to see him go to bama or A&M and be a monster

You know what I get from reading this? The damn SEC strikes AGAIN. You can bet your life that if he went to Alabama, he would have been eligible from the beginning. I am so sick of this shite from Birmingham.
