Tyrann Mathieu is easily #1

He is the only reason miles still has his job

No Welter no care. Nobody could line the defense up or tackle our own players better than him. But TM7 is easily #1.

Only one if those is way off. I like Hester, but that's absurd.

Kyle Williams and MR 4th down Jacob Hester should be 9 & 10. Sam Montgomery was an underachiever IMO, could have had a much bigger impact, admitted he took a lot of plays off, his work effort caught up with him in the NFL, uh practice squads. Hester displayed what it means to be an LSU TIGER and continues to this day. In the mold of the Jim Taylors, Billy Cannons, Jerry Stovalls, Tommy Casanovas, Bert Jones, represents LSU on and off the field with class. Kyle Williams had a motor that never stops, still on display today in the NFL. Good list though.

Brandon Taylor should be somewhere on the list.

Honey Badger is the best LSU football player I've seen in my lifetime - it's not even close.

Mathieu is easily #1.
An argument can be made that he is one of the best players in the history of the program.
He was incredible.

Missing players like Jesse Daniels and Jonathan Zenon, as well as Tharold Simon. Also missing Ciron Black who was a four year starter and Claude Wroten, who was great for us in 2005.

Ratphuk Hobley, Henry Shortess, Landers Nolley, DJ Welter, and Trey LMFAO

Quinn Johnson should be on there.

You can't be serious, he was the reason we were there. Best defensive season in LSU history

No, he's right where he ought to be - behind Fournette and Peterson.
The most underrated guy I saw on the list was Mike Brockers. I'd certainly have him top 10. He was every bit as impactful as Dorsey but in a different way. Dorsey was a great penetrator who could be trapped. Brockers was a space eating two-gap monster. Not sexy, but ask a coach who he'd rather have.

Dude? Top 50 on a best of a decade list? He never started! He was great...for a backup. He's probably 200th on that list, right next to Anthony Johnson and Frank Herron.

List threads are the worst.
"So and So should lower/higher. This list is bullshite."
