Quarterman now being projected as a first rounder in next year's draft.

That's a pretty good list.
I may look at it in some further detail. Would be a fun ranking to keep updated.

Keith Hornsby is better than Stringer was, imo.

It's really hard to decide how to gauge a list like this. Stringer was basically a 4 year starter... Do you rank by college impact? Best season? Best overall basketball player? Effect on the Program?
I think you could make cases for Stringer or Hornsby based on how you really decide to quantify the list.

mostly impact and best overall player

Id put keith over Stringer and shavon over carmouche.

I rewatched the Ice Dome game yesterday and it's easy to forget just how good Coleman was for us. He was a swiss army knife with a ton of different skills. Will likely go down as one of the most underappreciated LSU basketball players of the Johnny Jones Era.

Exactly why I said shavon over carmouche. I researched that game and realized how good of a fit he was for johnny Jones. Decent shooter athletic defender and rebounding help

Missing Shane Hammink, Jalen Courtney, Eddy Ludwig, and John Odo. I mean if you are going to include Corban Collins. And even Epps and Elbert should make the list soon enough

Are you basing this on talent, potential or results. If results, then Hickey needs to be moved up to the 4-6. Carmouche and Coleman were good, but I certainly would not put them ahead of Hickey as far as production goes.

only reason why collins made it and not the others is because he once scored 19 points in a game!

I think TQ stays all 4 years. He tunes up his game this season to where he is a more consistent pg. And his senior year he is all sec. Just my opinion

I looked through about 8 different mocks and saw him in one of them as the 45th pick (15th of second round)....
He could definitely go next year given he has another huge season, but I think he could be a four year player.

Yea I've seen a lot of mocks and haven't really seen him projected as a 1st rounder. Not saying he couldn't be, just that I haven't seen him projected there.
He's definently as intriguing pro prospect due to his height, length, and athleticism. I'm curious as to how much more he can improve because he improved drastically from his freshman year to this past season.
1 thing he needs to do, IMO, is cut down on his 3pt shots. He averaged 3.9 3s per game. And for a player with such a height and length advantage for his position, he should be going to the rack and attacking most of the time. Thought he settled for a 3 too much last year.
If he did that, his FG% would improve from the 42.7% that he shot this past year.
He's def an interesting pro prospect though, and has a lot of ability and talent. Hope he gets better and stronger because if he does he could potentially become a late 1st rounder
