Awesome. Hope Maea has quick feet to go along with that strength.

As someone else said, Maea needs to have really improved with his footwork to handle working on the edge. He was overmatched a bit there in the Spring game, and I think we were only getting a mild dose of edge rushing scheme from Aranda,

Having strength is great. In the run game. But our tackles need to have agility in a big way.

Unlesssssssss our head coach is still planning on trotting out 22 personnel, shading the C Gap with the TE, with OL splits measured in less than one foot increments. Which is no change in system or philosophy at all.

Which is what Miles told us we would see before the season was over last year.

Hmmm.

Les as usual has the offensive line geared for the running game. He could move Pocic to the edge where he belongs. But he isn't concerned with protecting the QB in the passing game. Run the left side. That is and always will be his mindset.

Bad grammar and a junior high or high school coach who knows more than the highest paid coaches in the country. We're listening to your sage advice.

Looks like Festivus came early this year.

A Festivus pole farked in would be a good addition.
