Today's ESPN's Trny Projections, LSU 12-5 vs NCAA bound, we had NO "bad" losses

So, 12-5 vs NCAA bound teams with 2 of 5 to #1 SC both beating point spread, 1 loss game 1 to Colorado and two SEC losses at NCAA bound Auburn who we beat twice and at NCAA bound MSU.

Guess KM knows how to coach & schedule after all.
So which loses were "bad"? At 20 win Auburn and then beating them twice or at NCAA bound MSU, or vs #1 SC? Or game one loss to 4-5 seed CU at a neutral court?

Actually, I would prefer LSU not play S Carolina in the tourney. SC is a bad matchup for LSU due to lack of depth. Tennessee who barely lost to S Car played 10 players. LSU has lost I believe the last 4 times at least to S Carolina IMO due to lack of depth.

The bottom line is I would hope someone knocks off S Carolina who matches up better against them (like Iowa last season and Tennessee almost this season). Then, LSU can eventually take care of that team if they face them later. Some teams just aren't good matchups...S Carolina is a bad matchup for LSU.

Honestly, ESPN's Charlie Cremehispants latest bracketology has LSU in a pretty solid spot as a 2 seed. The 1 seed in the region is Stanford. But the other teams in the region that might be threats such as Notre Dame and Indiana have pretty thin rosters due to injury.

Not sure the need for this analysis. We will be a two seed.

I’d be happy with CBS’s projection that had us slotted to meet Notre Dame in the Sweet Sixteen and Stanford in the Elite Eight. That would work for me and be a very doable route to the Final Four.

assult our players without calling fouls.Angle was mugged
late in yesterdays game and the refs had their blindfolders

The NCAA will set this up so they can potentially get a LSU, Iowa, S. Carolina, and USC/UCLA Final Four (TV ratings matter). Of course, there will be a few upsets along the way. You play the team on your schedule, so I am less concerned about specific matchups. We have the best starting 5 in NCAA WBB. If they play smart, disciplined, and focused basketball with a 7/8 player rotation, they will win it all again. As Mulkey says, you can’t beat good teams (like S. Carolina) by turning the ball over. We made that mistake twice this year and lost by 6 pts and 7 pts, respectively. Poa will be the difference if there is a third time the way she has been playing.

That isn't how it works, Ric Flair. You beat who you are assigned to play. The teams I root for I always hope for the best matchup. That means if LSU for example is Team A and you can beat Team B but not Team C, let Team B eliminate Team C and simply beat Team B. Once again, pound your chest and lose or play matchups and win.

I don’t care if you disagree, I hope we get them again.

If Mckayla scores 14to 16 Tigers win. Doubtful Fulwilly shoots again like she did yesterday.
