Both he and LSU really ought to take a looong look at this option. It gives Harris more time, and puts an exp qb on our team next year ready to lead our team towards championships. He perfectly bridges the gap until 2016 guys arrive. Sadly what we saw this year with Jennings, and to a lesser degree Harris (I agree with everyone he should have received more PT), they are not ready and showed no improvement.

Having a bunch of receivers without a quarterback is like having a mardi gras parade without beads.

Harris has more talent than any JUCO QB, especially any left now.

Also, Mettenberger was a JUCO guy and still had to sit behind Jefferswag.. so it's irrelevant.

Exactly. Mett couldn't learn the playbook, Harris can't learn the playbook, Peyton Manning wouldn't be able to learn the playbook in his first year. This playbook of Miles' must be golden. I can't wait to see it..

Jake Hubenak at Blinn JC (Cam Newton, Michael Bishop are exes) is sick. Watched the guy in high school his senior year (was injured his HS junior year, which hurt his recruiting). Grades are the issue I think. If he makes his grades, offer him. He would wreck with LSU's receivers.

but how is his handoff ability? This is a very difficult task and it is what is holding BH back. If one doesnt have the want to learn how to properly hand off the ball, then they dont need to come here. AJ spends hours handing the ball off properly. SO much so that it translates into all areas of his life. I heard (from a credible source) that he even hands in his school work correctly. THIS is the want that it takes to succeed here at LSU

Touche

I hope Les was watching Urban's THIRD string QB put up 500+ yards on Saban's five stars defense. That's not going to happen with a guy who can't throw the ball.

Toss dive - I hear turning and looking for somebody to block (who is never there) is quite difficult and takes some getting used to.

Stretch left

Stretch right

PA Hail Mary to Dural

Short side option

Read option (actually reading any defender is optional for us so this one is easy)

RB screen

Jet Sweep to Dural (new addition)

Pretty extensive if you ask me...

Why, so they can come in and watch AJ complete 45% of his passes.
