Unless we win the SEC we will not get in plain and simple. We have 1 quality win, that's all. Let's just hope we win out, go to the Sugar bowl and get a win.

yeh I don't see it happening...I think other teams will lose to allow us an opportunity to make it but we STILL have to win out

crazier shite has happened

in 2003 we needed about 8 teams to lose in the final couple of weeks to get into the NC game

lot of football left...although we all know that LSU making the playoffs would really piss you off

What a bitch way to think. It's possible we get in. Plausible? No, but it wouldn't be that crazy to be ranked #4 when the dust settles.

You may be right. And under the old systems you undoubtably would be. (although some very strange things happened in 2007 also)

But the way this committee votes from scratch every week, I wouldn't write anything off.

The only thing the team can do from this point is play the best they can, try to win their remaining games and hope for the best.

If nothing else this will provide me with the opportunity to watch some good games.

It is impossible for a 3 loss team to get into the playoff

We were ranked #3 the last 4 games of the season and #5 the 5th to last in 2003...not sure what you're talking about

What the difference is, is that in 2003, and 2007 we were conference champs. There has been 2 situations where a team played for the championship without winning their conference, and we played both of them. Oklahoma in 2003 and Bama in 2011

Tigers just need to focus on winning out, which also may not be plausible. They have no control over the rest, which will take care of itself.
