Can’t wait to see him get a few weeks of practice with the starters to see how he does. Generational arm strength that we got flashes of in last years SECCG.

He'll need to borrow some legs permanently. Dude has - 58 yards career rushing. 17 games, negative 58 yards.

This is the way.

If he doesn’t do well you’re ramping up transfer efforts.

Nope, I was wrong.
JD improved greatly and became much more than I thought possible and I am happy that I was wrong about him.

I am still optimistic about Nuss and at this point have no reason not to be.

I mean this is probably true just from a strength perspective (not talking about accuracy at all). He basically flicked his wrist and threw a 40 yard screamer on a rope to Malik against Georgia. The commentators audibly gasped

Those are Michael Pennix type numbers. I hear he did OK. Hopefully we get the passing stats.

The NCAA fricked us over by not allowing him to keep his redshirt if he played after we sent the request in. And then the very next season they said bowl games don't count anymore as if to laugh at us. If you're gonna be mad at anyone about that then get mad at the NCAA

I like this. Have him give us a preview of what’s to come in 2024. Glad Jayden sat out and I wish him great success in the NFL.

He has a good arm but this statement is a stretch. Russell and Mettenberger are within a generation

Nope, that was Woody.

I think there’s a massive difference between “I’m 6-4+, 250+ pounds and can take a 3 step drop and launch into orbit 70 yards” vs. what Nuss is - can flick his wrist without taking a single step and throw an absolute frozen rope (literally 5° max angle of release) 35 yards to a receiver without the ball losing height at all (think Rodgers, Favre, Marino)
