And who are you going to hire that will beat AlaSaban with regularity? Same reason Charlie McClendon was fired. He couldn't beat Bear Bryant. Took us 20 years to get any stability.

The AD did not allow the HC to hire a his preferred choice for Def Coordinator, who clearly wanted as he is now hired. That clearly has an effect on the game plan and style of play. Not on one potential player, but game planning, and the potential to force one player to try and do more than he is capable and not play within himself.

If you are paid 4 million dollars a year and coach in the SEC and being Bama's bitch over the past 5 meetings then you better be putting out 100%.

The damn state of Alabaman except for one northeast corner is all in for gump football. Two kids get caught with illegal guns and weed and the f------ charges are dropped. In Louisiana. Think about that for a minute. Then Saban has the the nerve to complain. Think about that for a minute. Miles has to up the game to keep up with that. He has to change and I hope he realizes it.

decisions on what? miles did what he wanted last year with the offense. nobody meddled.

he's not getting a better job than the one he currently has.

he and his family are set for life. cry me a river.

that is on him if he is not putting in 100% on the job. if he is half assing it he needs to find a new profession that isn't as pressure packed.

Would you be wondering if any of your subordinates were pushing the knife in deeper and deeper?

the staffs fate was tied to his. if he was gone they most likely would all be gone.

Finally would the hate of some of the customers (fN base) be a concern to you.

again if the pressure is too much he needs to quit.

the concerns you have raised are for someone who has no business coaching major college football.

people act like miles loses to only saban with this argument. except for 2011 there has never been a year where saban was his only loss. call me when he finds a way to beat bret fricking bielema.

This has nothing, zero zip nada to do with Alabama owning us.

and ole miss and Arkansas. brando is ok but he is one opinion. LSU has lost games in the trenches thanks to john chavis (and haley) lack of recruiting and LSU has lost games due to woes on offense, mainly lack of passing game. the poor passing game has not been just the qb as I feel our pass blocking has not been quality enough to beat the top teams.

these player issues has zero to do with LSU administration.

Publicly shaming the HC has a negative affect on recruiting. No question.

Surely you are not comparing Les Miles and his 4 to 5 million salary per year to an average American worker? That worker is concerned about money and job security. Les has neither of those concerns. He is set for life at this point and will laugh all the way to the bank regardless if he is fired or rides off into the sunset on his own accord.
