Brando with some hot takes on LSU and college football's playoff. He's got LSU in the final four. Good listen.

Strong stuff. He made a great point about the real "problem" at LSU... And it ain't Les.

He said the problem is the people above Les. The disconnect between the president and AD. The fact Alleva lied through his teeth.

Guess alleva caused les to produce shitty qbs and run a 1920's style offense that implodes every time it plays a real defense.

This. Although he admitted Les has a propensity to be hard headed, he said the issue is the lack of communication and respect on the part of the AD/president with regards to Les. And he's absolutely right.

Don't see how that effected the on field issues that nearly caused miles to be fired last season. Leslie's problems were things he had the power to fix. Nobody was standing in his way.

It really upsets some of you when someone doesn't shite on miles 24/7. Not sure I understand it but not surprised with lsu "fans".

It was actually a pretty insightful conversation but I can already tell you have zero interest in listening. Try trolling somewhere else.

Where you work if your boss was constantly undermining you and you knew they wanted to replace you would it affect your decisions? Would you be looking at your options outside your current job? Would the lack of support from the ceo and board members be a concern to you? Would you worry about the future of your wife and kids? Would you go to work 100% committed each and everyday? Would you be wondering if any of your subordinates were pushing the knife in deeper and deeper? Finally would the hate of some of the customers (fN base) be a concern to you.

That's funny. The president and AD weren't coaching the team when we went 3-0 in November. If you like Les then it's other peoples fault that we haven't been in the SEC hunt since 2011. If you don't like Les then the AD and President's real problem was they weren't able to get rid of him last year. If Jimbo Fisher really dropped out of the running then there really was no choice but to keep Les. This is the year Les has the chance to shut up his critics. I personally hope he is able to do it because that would mean a very successful year for the tigers that all people on this board are supposedly hoping for.

Also, how would you react if your superiors took away your hiring power with regard to your subordinates, ran off your first choice and hindered your ability to replace him?
