How awful was that? I keep telling myself that Miles already knew he'd be running the fake punt before he called the TE screen. He knew it would be blown up and the ball would be spotted on the right hash so that Domingue would have more room to use his speed to beat Hargreaves to the corner

i liked the one we ran in the #CrowtonEra with deangelo peterson where we'd clear out the middle.

Looking back, this was a set-up for the fake FG. Throw to short side of the field to give Domingue more room to run.

The play call was not bad.
Execution wasn't great, in large part because the Florida defender diagnosed it and made a good play.

Agree...LB was very disciplined and stayed home. Had he been sucked in on the sweep left motion, the TE has 2 blockers to seal the edge for him. Sometimes you have to tip your cap to a future NFL LB.
