I mean what else do you want to happen? The committee is clearly making some of the regular season & conference championship games elimination games. It makes their job easier. Iowa will likely play tOSU, ND plays Stanford & Okla st plays Baylor. It makes their job easy.

I trust anything that Jeff Long throws out there. They put BAMA in the top four because it would drive up ratings and possibly eliminate one team from the playoffs.

LSU needs to win out and run the score up.

Long will probably be at the game Saturday, there's a good place to start with moving up.

Proper rankings

That isn't their job.

You essentially said Iowa deserves to be ranked high now because they play Nebraska in the future earlier.

By that logic, why isn't Baylor higher?

Have you actually watched Iowa play or is this the typical rhetoric of "It's Iowa and they deserve no credit whatsoever".

FSU put up a fight at least.

We looked like a bunch of lil girls out there. Unless Leslie decides to make changes and effective game plans, we should be happy with where we are at.

Alabama wiped the floor with us.

Write it 59 times and they still won't get it. Talk about an entitlement complex. Maybe they don't watch the games. Ours didn't even play 14-points close.

I don't have a problem with the rankings.

You guys have to remember that these rankings do not work like the traditional polls.

I have watched them play

Does that make their schedule better? What have they accomplished?

If you're playing the eye test card, they certainly haven't been more impressive than Baylor

You're avoiding what I've said. Your logic: they play Nebraska and OSU, so they deserve to be highly ranked NOW.

Then you changed it to creating matchups, still not their job

Not avoiding what you are saying. But the "eye test" is just something to say because some fans believe the human element is better suited for CFB than the old computer model. The fact is Iowa's two best wins are against Wisky & Pittsburgh. Are they overly impressive against other schools? No. But at this point you can't keep them out of the conversation.

They jumped Baylor. They are ahead of Oklahoma State

You keep them out of the conversation until they earn to be in it by beating Ohio State or michigan state, and then they still probably haven't earned a top 4 spot

You're the one who brought it up. By the eye test, they aren't in the top 15.

There are a lot, A LOT, of teams that would be undefeated with that schedule.

Where can I find them on the CFB top 25? Ah, Wisky snuck in at 25.

Why are they ahead of Okie State

Im perfectly fine at 9. We win out and our only loss is to Bama we will make the top 4 with our schedule. All the teams ahead of us still have tough games.

It's just irrelevant. These "playoff games" are going to happen either way. Why don't they just do their job and rank teams according to what they've done?

All of you praying that we make the top 4 without winning the SEC are in for a major disappointment. We aren't Bama. And if we do, do you really want to be humiliated by Saban again?

They projected us to play in the Sugar Bowl. Who did they say the projected opponent was?
