I think I will go with "Exhibit B"

I think you don't understand that adding that many more general seats don't add a great deal of revenue considering the cost of building and further, it would be empty. We have trouble filling up portions of the upper for crappy games. Imagine adding 20,000 seats by going with Exhibit B. It's cool and all, but completely impractical and rantacular/rantypical.

Just like the empty ones now at the games not SEC games they will all be sold. TAF will make it so that all new season ticket holders start high in the new seats. Problem solved.

Those seats don't create enough revenue simply from being sold, unlike suites and stadium club seating. They need actual bodies in the stands buying cokes and hot dogs. It's the same reason why a blowout nets far less money for the university than a close game in which people stay till the end.

I think your thought process is flawed. You mean that the sale of cokes and dogs make that much difference? Seat licenses and the cost of the tickets have to be 9 or 10 times per game what concessions would be. If everyone on the season ticket list got the number of tickets they want, LSU could sell another 10-15000 season tickets and still have people on the waiting list.

Tiger Stadium does not need to be expanded past around the 100,000 mark. There are many other things that need to be done besides going past this next expansion. What LSU is doing by creating more suites and club level seating is the right thing to do.
