As an lsu fan, getting an awesome new coach would make me ecstatic, not sad.

Look we all know Les is a great man. I've had the opportunity to hear him speak outside of football and he truly is a class act. But he is not without fault in this and how it is playing out. He forced Allevas hand to give him a new contract in 2012 by allowing the Arkansas story to play out. He had NO intention of going there yet played it into a new contract. And JA has not forgotten that. That's just business you say. Anyone in his position would do the same you say. Well this is the flip side of that decision. You haven't lived up to the new contract so it's time for a change. He didn't have LSU'S best interests at that time, he had his. And know we have LSU'S.

Both Nick Saban and Les Miles did great things for LSU...anyone who says differently is a liar or Ray Charles.

The way some of these fans are reacting to the situation,And A WHOLE lot of folks that I never see post here,But yet come into threads acting like they know whats going on....
BTW. I don't really want a coaching change...I want the coach we have TO CHANGE....BUT Its a shame that its seems to be done already and they will make a statement on Monday no matter if we win or lose...... I say give him another year or else..
The guy has done a lot for this school and I believe he deserves another chance... It would be so ironic if the next coach comes in and they go 7-5 or 6-6 in the 1st year... The rant and all other lsu homers would want to run them out of town BIGTIME......

I dont believe the man can change at this point....too entrenched in the Big 10 way of doing things. Saban evolved with Kiffin.... I just dont think Miles is capable of the same transformation.
