This Nuss love is too hopeful.

Multiple post on the rant today assuming that Nuss just has this QB comp wrapped in a bow.
I’m down to wait like the next but it amazes me that these posters think that Nuss who had a nice controlled scrimmage is a better player than a Player n Daniels who walked on the field as true freshman and won 9 games in a power 5 conference.
Nuss as freshman looked terrible in his only 5quarters of experience. He was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He Brett Farved a dumb pick a threw up a prayer to bech. We would have won the Arkansas game if we stuck with max. The hyperbolic
If he’s improved then fine but Jayden is light years more game ready and battled tested than Nuss as of today.
Even Culottes is putting stupid takes out there saying Nuss is the best combo of throwing and running on the team. It’s ignorant. How many yards has Nuss rushed for. Daniels has multiple hundred yards rushing.
All this talk of Jayden being inaccurate is cap. His numbers are the best on the team. I’m not saying he going to win the job but i will say Jayden is NFL draft prospect.

Nuss looked more comfortable in the pocket as a freshmen than Myles did as a junior

JD is a better athlete than Nuss, but the job of the qb is to get the ball into the hands of the playmakers, and it appears that Nuss is more efficient than JD at that

Nuss might be accurate. We’ll have to wait and see he hasn’t started a game yet. Daniels beat a Top 5 Oregon team and led a team for 3 yrs.

Because our defense was atrocious.
He averaged 38.6 points per game in 2020 and went 1-2 thanks to clueless Ed 0 and B0 Pelini. That’s not on him and Brennan should be the guy.

Daniels is extremely inaccurate and will never play QB in the NFL. He will be a great third string guy and you never know when he may be needed.

He did that against three of the worst defenses in the league. Even Les Miles offenses put up points like that against those three teams lol.

Ok so why do you say Breannan is under center first game?? What have you seen in him to make u say that?? How well is he in physical shape? How well can he move in the pocket, is he accurate? I hadnt seen him throw much lately and Nuss looked like did a solid job
