JJ has given up. I think last season's failures strongly affected this season. I'm not surprised the players followed suit and gave up as well.

teams almost always improve their win percentage after firing their coach mid-season no matter the sport.
There is literally no point in keeping Johnny at this point. The program is an embarrassment and at least we'd have some excuse with an interim calling the shots.
