In all fairness, Florida has an upper hand. They can easily say that players and coaches need to take care of life and property in the next 48 hours - that's the priority. Making them play a game when their loved ones may need help (think evacuating grandparents, etc) would potentially be a PR disaster for the SEC.

I think they had to yield. But I think Florida intentionally played that card because they should have prepared which would have forced players and coaches to prepare well I advance for those things. They had the time.

That's ridiculous! Saban can't force the SEC commish to do anything. That's why Saban just pays him.
