If Saban has a Super Bowl it sure isn't LSU. Not counting Auburn Bama's super bowl is Tennessee. It's a shame that Georgia Tech left the SEC because they were intense rivals. You need to read about Tech and Bama. All of the articles about their rivalry are very interesting. Bama is the reason Tech left the SEC. Auburn and Tech had a big rivalry. On the week of the Tech game Auburn always had a Wreck Tech parade that rolled down the main street of Auburn.

Nope. I don’t. I was a college student then and I remember Bear Bryant, Wally Butts, Bobby Dodd, Shug Jordan and all the rest. It was misplaced, moronic idolatry then and it’s the same now at places like the University of Alabama. (Note: If Saban would have stayed at LSU and had the same success, I’d probably and somewhat hypocritically have a different opinion. However, I draw the line at statues of football coaches.)
