This goes out to the idiots critical of E's play calling last night

If y'all are educated enough to be able to read, pick up the paper and see what Max had to say. That Ensminger built a game plan that complemented his skills; the ability to extend plays with his legs and outrun defenders with his legs, plus a quick release that helps when under heavy pressure.
This was his 1st start EVER. But now, y'all dont care about things like that. You just want to see us throwing the ball around like Joey B did last year. frick y'all. Joe is gone. As is the majority of our WRs.
There are so many of y'all that must have miserable lives and the only way you can feel better about yourselves is by being critical of others.
Again let me say...frick Y'ALL..Dont need ya..Dont want ya. Either you for the TIgers or against them. You want your cake and want to eat it too. Bet you have b/f's on the side, dont ya?

E was never panned for game plan, it his his in game calling that sometimes needs help.
I've said it before and will say it until it happens. Scott Linehan needs to go yesterday. That is the biggest frick up here, WTF does he bring?

Are you arguing that it’s impossible for the coaching staff of an LSU football team to ever make mistakes or that it’s just against the rules to point them out?

E is great at scripting the plays for first couple of series —his weakness is in situational play calling and adjusting throughout the game to defense

As good as Brady was he inherited a perfect situation
He would have had struggles with this offense as well but I do think he would have adjusted more in a&m game

I believe he was making the point that the young quarterback was made comfortable because the OC constructed a game plan according to the young quarterbacks experience and capabilities.
Based on the results, I believe the quarterback has a better understanding than the ranters.

Last night during the first half there were numerous threads and posts complaining that we weren't running the ball enough.

We called plays in the mid 4th quarter like we had a 17 point lead. There weren’t many “check with me” look overs to adjust. I can recall quite a few plays that needed a simple adjustment, and we are banging out first downs, and instead we ran p into the teeth of the Defensive alignment, allowing Florida multiple chances to tie that game.
Overall good, safe plan for Max. Situational calls were grade C

It hurt that 3 and 4 were hurt and 18 was dragging. Wd tried 27 and you could see the drop off. I think right there with 3 or 4 healthy we roll. Our OL was really firing off well.

He got a lead and began to go les miles predicable and conservative 2 runs and a long pass on 3rd down.We were a 3 win team playing in the swamp against a gator team who is looking to play in the national championship with a QB that they are trying to get the heisman for. We have nothing to lose .don’t get conservative play all out . When he calls plays that look like we are in a 2 minute offense we move the ball. When he gets predictable we go 3 and out.
