For LSU, this game could mean "game of the century," ok.

For Bama, this is just another opportunity to beat down the SEC with its inordinate pool of talent.

Saban has recruited 3 deep and THAT IS WHY THEY ARE SO DOMINANT. It would require that their talent just doesn't perform up to their ability, to lose.

We are talented, but Miles' recruiting, although outstanding by any measure, but Alabama has outrecruited the whole nation. Furthermore, he seems to have carte-blanche to do it HIS WAY.......

As for me and my house I will suppport LSU regardless....

I wondered that too. I've heard no one refer to it as such. It's a big game, sure, but I've never heard that.

Bama is not that invincible. Good? Of course, but this is, and always will be, their toughest game. If there was a way a drone could fly into Nicky''s sack, I would pay five hundred big ones to see it

Number 1 vs number 2 at an on campus stadium equals game of the century.

What does this have to do with LSU recruiting?? This doesn't belong here and to your point bama can only put 11 out there on one play and I assure you they want their best on the field not everyone plays best so in this game it really format matter how deep they are. What matter is that we execute a game plan and take advantage of who ever is out there. GT

I'm so frickn glad miles is not coaching this team anymore. No more excuses we going all out and going to try to dominate every play not play not to lose but play to win!!!

As far as talent goes we have just as much. However, a lot of times Bama players have to wait 1-3 years to play so they develop into men. That's their secret, getting players to wait for their turn.

Now at LSU we are finally getting young players to wait their turn at all positions. This year Bama is playing a freshman QB and from what I have seen we have a very good chance at shaking him up in Death Valley with our D. The key to beating a QB like Hurts is to keep the pocket collapsing around him and don't give him any running lanes, which means not running past the QB to try and get behind him. But LSU's front four have to keep the pocket contained while we blitz from different angles whether its a Safety, CB, or LB. Giving him less time to think and throw the ball he will make many mistakes. Plus I like our match-ups when it comes to Bama WR's vs LSU's DB's, no doubt we have them beat there. Bama has one good WR and one good TE. Lock them down and you will see Hurts make many mistakes.
