I guess we shouldn't be surprised with the hot start and then the inability to put a team away at the end.

You are dead right. The main reason is that we are playing three sophs and one freshman. Despite all of the typical hype, our two NBA players are not ready for the pros. If both of these guys return, we could be very good next year. If not, we will be hot and cold.

I actually agree. The fact that we have so much youth in the starting lineup is what hurts us. There's nobody there to really take that leadership role down the stretch of games. If most of these guys come back I think we'll be very good next season.

I can't get too upset at the same thing that happened all year long. It's obvious our guys didn't have the gas (hard to blame). But it seems like the coach could make some adjustment. The same thing happened over and over, so it's frustrating as a fan. Bridgewater played quality minutes at times, didn't see the floor tonight. Epps has potential...nothing.
Free throw guru lives in Baton Rouge...wonder if Johnny has talked to eddy palubinskas?
Nice class coming in, but I fear Johnny is not as good a recruiter OR coach as Les.
