Not to burst any bubbles, but Alabama had 13 as well with 7 players on the first team. No question Bama and LSU have the most talent in the SEC. The LSU/Bama game will be monumental! The Tigers will win because of the home field advantage and the will and determination to break Bama's streak over the Tigers. It all starts in 9 days!!

Anyone else think it's dumb they don't separate CB from S or DT from DE on this list?
1st team has 3 corners and 1 safety, and 3 DEs and one DT. I know corner and end are the more sexy position but that is not a starting defensive line or secondary.
If Jamal Adams is your #2 rated safety he is a starter on the first team defense
Just like if Garret and Barnett are your top 2 pass rushers (DE) you don't start Lawson in the middle of a 4 man line next to Allen, Lawson weighs 253 lbs... He is a second team DE not a first team DT
I understand the 4-4-4 bc some teams run 3-4 and some 4-3. So essentially there are 12 possible starting positions on D not 11. But the failure to categorize Dlineman and secondary players bugs me
Adams and Godchaux were pushed to second team bc this list devalued their position. The point of these lists is to provide the top at all positions not teir the level of players in groups of 11/12
