are, we bitch, complain, moan and groan, and...................

Do nothing about it. What if LM receieved 30,000 letters, not nasty not abusive, but your thoughts and feelings.

And yes I have written letters to him, praising him on his accomplishments and voicing my opinino in this case "please tell me why are you the only person in America who thinks JJ, should not get a rest, and try JL???

just my opinion, try writing a letter sometimes, I receive responses from Congressman, Senators (Mary Landrieau etc).

Thank a Veteran

This is certainly more productive than booing.

Bc I know that miles doesn't care and I at least get a smartass "truthful" response on the rant. Even if the guy has no idea what he's talking about, it's what he believes is true.

Miles will just lie to you and still do nothing about.

Writing on the rant = same result as writing to miles. At least I don't have to waste $ on a stamp.

If I were Les there is no way in hell I would put Lee in unless JJ gets injured. What would that look like? The fans booed so he caved and put in the back up despite not thinking he was the best player for the job.

Flood anyone with letters, they appreciate the time you spent voicing your opinion.
Trust me it works.

We are loaded with sports nerds. Losers that have never played but hang on every word spewed by radio and television sports commentators like it was Gospel. These nerds play sports game and believe that they really know the games.

And we really suck at grammar and syntax.

Seriously, though.

You're right, to an extent.

I'm a huge US Soccer fan as well as an LSU fan, and the reactions are pretty much the same. Regardless of the results in the last four years, every one bitched about damn near everything, from administration to coaches to players to player choice to opponent choice to jersey choice.

The basic assumption from most internet fans is that the US should dominate the entire planet at soccer, and anything less is an abject failure, even though history shows that no one does that.

Same thing with LSU. Two national championships in the last 10 years means nothing to LSU fans. We should be #1 at all times, and beating teams 75 to -18 every week. Anything less than that is failure, and should result in firings and scholarship removals, even though history shows that no one does that.

This is what years and years of breeding "me, me, me, me, me", "go big or go home" attitudes in this country has brought.

Sometimes I hate America.
