I think that our offense will get much more productive as the year goes on. We have to realize that Wisconsin has probably been game planning for us for much of the off season (yes, LSU did the same with them); this of course cannot happen during the remainder of the games when you have very limited time to prepare for your opponent.Their "stemming" on defense seemed to cause quite a bit of confusion for our offense. This seems to have been addressed at half time, and I was satisfied with the result. I would like to see use work more on the read option; there were several instances where we could have had big plays, but the proper read was not made. We have a couple of weeks to work out the kinks and give many of our players more experience. Let's see how it all unfolds.

We were out coached and out prepared. Our talent overcame it.

That doesn't happen often but it did Saturday night.

I don't know that we were out coached. Just as our running game was halted so was there passing game. Our offensive line needs more time with their new coach to straighten some things out. Adjustments with the running game seem to work in the second half.

Out coached my arse. Our coaches adjustments at halftime was what won the game.

Remember that they had months to prepare for a very vanilla offensive gameplan for the most part because we're breaking in a soph QB and a completely knew WR corps. We didn't run a great variety of plays and most of the plays we ran were offensive staples that we've all seen a lot the past 2-3 years. Even as fans watching on T.V. it wasn't too hard to guess what play was coming.

It's not like they had to prepare for the full Cam Cameron playbook

The Preparation Factor

I believe that in the first half, the preparation factor was "H"

Nope, but thanks for being an insecure puss. I actually said the opposite. What part of "IT DOESN'T HAPPEN OFTEN" don't you understand? That was in reference to the fact that we got out coached.
