LSU aleady did its part to "come together".

LSU should refuse Nov 19 under any circumstance.

Florida and the SEC created this mess - they need to adjust.

LSU vs UF this Tuesday night or
Move UF vs UGA date for LSU vs UF.

Otherwise, UF forfeits and takes the L.
LSU gets the W.

A forfeit makes the most sense. Had they behaved honorably and in good faith it would all have been different.

I'm sorry I only have one upvote to give this one.

After watching that I agree. Either we play 10/29 of UF forfeits.

Let the sec work out the details. This is their mess

Yep. Player safety is narrative for refusing 11/19.

In what universe? Sankey already covered them for not playing this weekend. Forfeit is not going to happen.

There's so many off-the-wall ideas that smart people in a room should be able to come up with. Then you just pick the best one.

For example, LSU and Arkansas share the same bye week. LSU and Arkansas move their game up and play October 29th. Then LSU and Florida play November 19th in Gainesville. We avoid 3 straight SEC road games, and get a bye week AFTER Alabama to recover. Remember, we haven't exactly been great the week after the Alabama game recently.

Yes, we'd lose a home game. Yes, we'd lose money. Maybe that could be worked out some way with the SEC so it's not as big of a monetary loss.

Yes, Arkansas would be inconvenienced. But they'd also get a bye on November 12th, before they finish their season with back-to-back away games.

Again, not saying this should happen. Just saying that it's not that hard to come up with a bunch of solutions for this situation. The SEC should be able to make this work in a way that doesn't screw over too many schools.

There is no way LSU should lose a home game or lose money out of Florida's despicable use of a natural disaster to gain a competitive advantage.

Agree 100% LSU is not giving up that NOV 19TH home game.

I'm open to anything else but we will not sacrifice a home game for UF arrogance.

I'm not saying we should. I'm saying it's an idea.

If this game is going to be played, it's going to inconvenience someone. If LSU is in position to win the SEC, would you rather pursue that chance? Or play a home game against South Alabama? I can see both sides of the argument, honestly.

This is Florida's fault. We know that. But we have to make decisions both from a competitive and business standpoint. We can't just get in a pissing contest.

UF at LSU on 11/19.

Move LSU-Aggy to 11/26.

SEC pays off South Alabama and Presbyterian. SEC reimburses UF for one lost home game. The second lost home game, I'm sorry. Maybe FEMA can help.

LSU playing Florida on 11/19, without the Arkansas game being moved, is the only option that should be completely off the table.

Three straight SEC road games cannot happen.

Eh. I'm not as concerned about this... provided the team gets a full week between each one. Which means move Aggy back to Saturday.

Well, we won't agree to that. And there will be a lot of public backlash if that decision were made. Gary Danielson just brought it up in his conversation with Sankey.

If or when they do play, both teams should have to sit the guys that were injured for the original game. I know this is impossible to enforce but would only be fair.

Push the SEC championship forward a week.

LSU vs Florida play that week.

So just piss on all of the business in BR still recovering from a flood that count on an estimated 10mil in revenue from LSU home game?
Screw you!

WTF are you taking about?

Play the game AT LSU. BR business won't lose a home game. In fact, it will be UF instead of USA, so they might even do better.
