The Ole Miss scrum....

Not much talk about anything else, but thought this deserved a thread.
Bottom line, frick Ole Miss. They are what Auburn was in the early 2000s under Tuberville. Well, except for the West championships of course.
I'm very happy that our guys didn't let that bullshite slide. Mills and Godshaux especially didn't back down from a mob of players AND COACHES on the opposite sideline that were swarming all over the field in our guys' faces.
Props to Beckwith for coming right over too and trying to get to Godchaux who looked like he was getting chewed out by Freeze himself.
Battle did a great job calming down Mills.
The coverage of the whole thing was really bad by CBS so we couldn't see what happened to start it. But once the cameras picked it up it was about 3 white jerseys surrounded by over 20 red jerseys and a dozen Rebel coaches and sideline personnel all on the field.
How only one guy got tossed from that sideline is beyond me, but props to our team for standing up for themselves and their teammates without crossing the line.
Our coaches did a good job of getting the players back too and the players respected their authority.
No matter what happens with Les, I just hope we don't end up with a piece of shite fake arse televangelist like Freeze on our sideline.

Dude, take it easy. Deep breadth.
Now, trust me, nobody is thinking about Ole Miss.
We are going to be ok.

Yeah, that's what I took away from that game.

I guess this was the only good thing that the coaches did all year...
Keep Coach O and let everyone else go.

Well, yeah. God forbid we discuss anything other than the coaching rumor of the minute.
Did you hear about the guy's brother?? Don't want to get whacked so let's just say things are in motion

I believe they called the wrong team.

Awesome screen shot!!
Yeah I thought the same thing when they first announced #28 Ole Miss. Assumed they meant Mills because he was right in there.
The only thing I can think is maybe 28 red threw the punch before the cameras were on and then was pulled back by the team?? Maybe that was what started the whole thing?
Because they never showed how it started. The first shot we saw was pretty much right before this and all hell had already broken loose. And it was something obviously pretty big to have Miles all the way over inside the OM hash.
Regardless, awesome pic

Freeze must still be salty that he didn't get him.

Thank you for bringing up a new topic.
I was very pleased our players had our guy's backs

I couldn't figure out why Mills was over there to begin with. The offense was on the field, interception occurred, scrum on the OM sideline? How did the defensive players get involved that quick?
