The new plaza stuff is like this light tan color. Why not make it grey like the stadium. They just repainted the stadium right there and it looks great and then they go and ruin it by putting some tan fricking columns up? C'mon LSU! Lets get our shite together

They are the same color as the columns in the front of the stadium that were installed last summer dumb arse.

They had to do something half arse on the north endzone. That's what they picked. It could have looked great.

I'm glad OP wasn't the one paid thousands of dollars to make that decision.

There are two buildings in that area that don't match the normal tones of the 4504598 buildings on campus and around it. They had to do something to tie them together.

You might be glad I didn't make the decision but lsu would've been much happier if I did. Know why? Because I would've made the RIGHT decision.

A little color variety maybe?

If everything was gray like the stadium, it'd kinda be boring. Just me though.

It would look like the Soviet architecture at A&M

With all of the advances in modern technology and the fact that there are thousands of kids on campus hard-wired into the web you would think

WE COULD GET SOME PICS UP IN DIS BITCH!

Look below the scoreboard...
The laid red brick where it leads to a gate, and black brick where it doesnt.

Red Brick

Black Brick

So once the band passes through, how exactly are the thousands of people supposed to make their way across the street to the stadium? Looks like a nightmare trying to make it across to the stadium.

Isn't Mikes new habitat area that tan color? I think it was to create a uniform plaza area outside of the stadium.

Every other "gate" looking thing is on rollers and can roll back in forth. that creates openings.

And yes, Mikes cage and some of the red brick crosswalks around campus are all the same. The red brick in the "Plaza area" of the westside is the same color too
