The LSU basketball team who has had:
quote:

Shaq, Pete Maravich, Bob Petit, Rudy Macklin, Chris Jackson, Stromile Swift, Glen Davis, Marcus Thornton, Brandon Bass, Tyrus Thomas, Anthony Randolph, Ben Simmons

The LSU basketball team who has been to:
quote:

4 Final Fours, 6 Elite Eights, 9 Sweet 16, 21 NCAA Tournament appearances

The LSU basketball team with the top player in the country can't beat the little schools such as the College of Charleston and Houston.....something is terribly, terribly wrong....

This may be one of the poorest framed arguments I've seen on tigerdroppings.

I have used common sense to understand what you're saying, but you do a terrible job

I think you are/were too angry when you posted this.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to say.

Almost all of these dudes didn't lead to any of this:

4 Final Fours, 6 Elite Eights, 9 Sweet 16

So you are saying that we should be able to beat Houston and CoC in 2015?

Yeah sure, I can agree with that

Your argument is just so horrible. You know only one of those players is on this team, right?

maybe most talented, not most effective. He's too passive of a player for the point to be accurate. Simmons can drive to the basket and finish and he can pass. Sometimes one player can carry a team, but not if that player isn't a true scorer.

Houston has been to three Final Fours and plays in a tough conference. Probably shouldn't list them as a little school.

One of the posters already pointed this out but I wanted to say it again. A lot of these players you listed did not exactly lead LSU to its successful seasons, so I have no clue what the hell the point of your argument is.
