The Legacy of Kragthorpe and current QB development (question)

Apologies for the naivete but I was curious as to the following:
Who is principally responsible for qb development under the program now?
Aside from the current discussion of OC new hires, why not more talk of a new QB coach? Wasn't Kragthorpe widely praised with his development of Mettenberger? Fan base seemed more than pleased with this and sad to see him (understandably) move to an administrative position.

Kragthorpe was moved to his admin role in 2011.

Cam Cameron. He is the QB coach/OC.

A lot of people were excited about Kragthorpe, but he didn't show any type of QB development at Louisville and people were basing it off his time as OC at A&M which was nothing special and his time coaching in the NFL with Buffalo with a veteran QB in Drew Bledsoe (not some rookie).
In the end, everyone wants to blame his diagnosis and parkinson's issues for the QB issues from then on, but he was at best a low chance of success there given his history.
Great man, but people like to change how things really were to fit their narrative.
