It feels really weird pumping dat sunshine, mates...but we resembled a complete football team. Cam, for the most part, called a nice game with some creativity and the offense looked good, especially when we played with tempo towards the end of the 3rd. Not too many stupid penalties, and our All-American safety shite himself in pure excitement.

Other than remarkable QB play and his 15 Mississippi, sideline to sideline passes, we really dominated a talented Power 5 team in their home state. Things look good heading into National Signing Day.

The best QB we have had in years looked meh in his first season starting but made a huge jump his 2nd season and 3rd with the program. I'm expecting Harris to really improve next year. We have the best player in the nation returning and I believe we'll be playing for a title. Happy New Year mates

It could be similar to Les first bowl win in the peach vs the U (where we essentially destroyed their program)

Could set the table for a 2016 run

Lubbock Community College was not a very talented team.

They beat Arkansas' arse, who put it on us. They have lots of talent just not on our level.

I was glad to see a beat down in the bowl but man that defense was atrocious. They were just physically out matched up front from the start on both sides of the ball. It was an impressive win but not against a quality opponent. Maholmes was quite impressive though. Only reason they stayed in the game as long as they did.

Personally I was not impressed by the offense. There were some very questionable calls. The rollout left play, passing when they should have run(feels weird saying that),but the creative plays worked well. Just wish they had more of that.

I wonder if it saved Cam's job or not. Personally I think he will be the scape goat that will go down for the offensive inefficiencies that almost got Miles does. Not sure who they would bring in next.

But hey going out on a dominant win feels nice for a change.

Happy with the dominant win, but let's not forget it was against Texas Tech, mate.

At least the misery is numbed a bit for the off season. Again, happy with a dominant win to finish the year.

I do not think I have ever seen a shittier line from a Power 5 defense than TTU had. Brandon Harris did not know what to do with the 12 seconds he had to loiter in the pocket.

TTU, if they want to ever compete, needs to stop with the 2 star recruits and go get some 4's and 5's in cold weather areas...go get 300 pound defensive linemen who cannot tell you what a verb is out of community colleges and into Lubbock. Build on to that stadium -- Lubbock is always a tough place to play. But as of now, TTU is a school that hasn't had a good power running back since Bam freaking Morris and has relied on this shootout passing game. Look at OU. Become like them. They have a BALANCED attack year after year (not saying OU is sliced bread because they're not). Baylor, Houston, Okie State, and WVU are all the same. None of them ever get into the big show because they're gimmicky. I know recruiting is not easy, but I also do not see any 90,000 seat stadiums on any of those campuses either.

TTU is a lot like Arkansas...they're almost one of the big dawgs, but then they are what they are. They are behind the shuffle in identity big time. Football is their only true competitive sport. If they want to improve and be somebody, they need to change their formula.

We beat a team that we physically outmatched. That has never been LSU's problem. Issue is how we look when we can not physically dominate an opponent. Greatful for a win but it doesnt show any improvement where improvement is needed. LSU can only show improvement in the way it navigates through November. Outside of November, we will be able to physically dominate out opponents.

as it should be. all three units played well. it was obvious to see that our QB was the big hindrance as far as our offense went. our OL also struggled mightedly this year as did our HC trying to run a game plan that our athletes weren't good enough to run.
