Finebaum claims to have just gotten a call from the victim. Wasn't on the air, they were interviewing someone at the time. Talked to the producer. Said he wasn't a student, just a fan. Said he was embarassed, can't say anything else because he's been in contact with law enforcement. Take it FWIW.

Dude is like 33 years-old, married and has a kid. His life is ruined. His wife's life is ruined. This is not going to help his kid. How stupid can someone be? Why do I suddenly find myself feeling sorry for the guy?

I would think that the victim would want all of this to just go away.
It was a very stupid thing to do, but is anything like this on the legal books in New Orleans? You can see a lot worse happening if you turn down the wrong street during Mardi Gras.

I probably shouldn't have passed out on bourbon. I would be mad, but it seems like this story is the biggest deal on TD....teabaggings happen everyday. Although its probably not usually total strangers doing it

New Orleans during Mardi Gras has always allowed alot of nudity for females. Males get busted pretty quickly if they drop their trousers.This is a case of assault and not just flashing. Don't get confused.
