Orgeron has seemed passive this whole season. It is easy to lead when everything is going your way.

He needs to be on top of everything and know all of the kids who are at risk and be in there ear and working the situation. Bama doesn't have any kids leaving partly because they are scared to tell Saban or they respect him so much that they don't want to disappoint him.

Ed isn't involved in any X's and O's, so he has the time to be extremely involved with everything happening in his program. He seems to just sit back and let shite happen versus being proactive. He's checked out and ready to get his buyout and bang young whores. Let his arse go.

my hot take is that CEO is every bit a dominant leader, but it's the soft as baby shite kids that are not responding to his hardass old school ways. when your "body hurts" and you're "blocking too much", you obviously want a coddler, not a man yelling at you.

i think CEO is having a hard time relating to the crybaby generation.

1. You’re assuming every quote you read on tiger rant is real
2. Orgeron seems to be the only coach in the country having this issue

He let Sopsher go because he sucks. Taulia came to Bama as a favor for his brother. He knew he wouldn't play in front of Jones or the new Freshman wonderkid, so letting him go was easy.

Ah, so the kids that suck aren't afraid of and don't respect Saban?

Any of them every down starters? Legitimate question. I don’t know.
