It's only weird because they are the only ones cheering half the time,because the rest of the stadium is lame like you probably are.

My problem is the band. Every time the crowd gets loud, the band rattles off 3-4 random songs and everyone sits down. I hate it for football, but the pmac/basketball needs more piped in music

About 20 of those students have been to every game. They cheer their arses off all season long. You and every other "too cool for school" bandwaggoners can go sit at the top of the PMAC and talk amongst yourselves. Pretty good crowd tonight, but still sounds like a library most of the game. The last 2 minutes got loud and that's it.

you sound like a punk arse. They are dedicated to the school, the team and show great support. they are the select few of a 30,000 enrollment University that stay true to the team regardless of the opponent or outcome

Meh...the front of the student section does seem to be a bunch of oddballs, but they cheer and they are there...so there is that. The only one I have objected to is "dry-erase board guy". His schtick is lame. I don't think I saw him tonight.
