You can sue your company and still keep working for said company. Being a student doesn't preclude someone from filing a lawsuit
If the rumors are true that someone at LSU had Emery sign up for the wrong class which resulted in him missing a year of football, a lawsuit shouldn't be surprising at all

Has it come out that his family is suing the university? I’m legitimately asking. All I can find on it is that they are taking legal action but nothing about who with.

Why can't O just settle on sucking at football? Why does he have to get plastered across the internet with a bimbo in bed, or call out opposing fans before getting his arse kicked, or have his own players sue the university.

I'm skeptical on this one. The petition of the lawsuit would be public record. Someone could obtain a copy pretty easily.

How do you suspend someone for taking the wrong class? It is college. You can take whatever class you want. This makes no sense to me, unless he dropped it and it made him drop below the full time student limit.
