Love lsu, like miles and the incredible level of success he has had here. Would also be happy to hire a great new coach or have had the AD come out and back miles two weeks ago. If in fact we end up moving forward with miles his hands will be tied and it will be extremely difficult to ask a successful coach to bring in someone to runt the offense when he can't give them a credible statement concerning his job security.
I really hope from a personal standpoint this is not a health issue. But this could not have been handled worse by the administration. If you want to know what the AD should have done it is fire les as soon as you know you aren't bringing him back or come out and back him until you do.
I hope this doesn't send us back into the bottom of the SEC.

If the admin just drops him like that they are taking even more heat most likely. They attempted to make it a soft landing when there really was no runway. Just get the mfer down without killing us all.
