I do not think there is any clear cut favorite this year. I could see UF, Miami, TCU, Vandy, or LSU making a run. Just depends on who plays the best and gets some breaks.

What's funny is I think if LSU and Florida make the finals it will be about even money on either team. Right now, from vegas's perspective, Florida has a slightly easier route IMO and that's the reason for the better odds.

Vandy is beatable if we can avoid Fulmer
CSF is a very hot team right now, offense is not scary but if you can avoid Eschelman that would help, they are like 20-4 down the stretch
On other side Fla might be playing the best ball of anyone right now
Miami bullpen is straight nasty but if you can get to starters it may not matter

I checked 5dimes earlier And florida had the 4th best odds behind lsu, miami, and vandy. They were 6 to 1

Interesting. A gator fan on the rant said Florida has lost to three of the teams in the field already and that it's not as easy for them as it looks. I'm curious to watch Miami play Saturday.

Yes because that's a prerequisite to winning a CWS.... They won it last year. They can win it again.

Nothing about the CWS is easy, never has been. But they're im the catbird seat for their half od the bracket. Florida is 2-1 against Miami, 1-1 against Arky, 3-1 against Vandy, and 1-0 against us.
