I attended 5 games this year and could never bring myself to go. When they released the sneak peak before season, i really didn't feel any interest to it. Pay the cover to go inside and drink. But if any of you experienced it this year please tell me, how was it? Would you want it back next year? what would you change?

It was located right next to my seats. I never went in but it always looked crowded.

I didn't go, but everyone I spoke to said it was pretty solid, especially for the shittier opponents.

It was basically at capacity for the big games, so I would call that successful. I know my brother loved going down there to get a couple beers during games.

Didn't go myself but I've heard good things from people who wouldn't notice if $20 went missing from their wallet

Would be a lot better if it didn’t look so cheap. No reason why there can’t be a permanent ground level club room built.

They're probably anticipating it not being necessary very soon.

Everyone's hurting from falling attendance, it's mind blowing the SEC's gone this far without allowing alcohol sales.

why not just go to a bar and watch the game.
My only objection to it is that it takes fans out of their seats in the stadium.

Mine as well, but it definitely came in handy for some folks baking in the stands for the UGA game

I didn't go in, but we were staring at the sun for 3 1/2 quarters vs UGA, so a few of the girls in our group went to The Chute.

They said it was packed and we didn't have to hear them bitch about the sun.

Win win.

Apparently on the morning radio show, Alleva said that it was successful enough that they are considering adding smaller versions of it in different locations around Tiger Stadium and in Alex Box

I don't think he's prepared for the type of demand a Chute would get in the box...

Pay $20. Go in before kickoff. Drink one beer. Get second beer. Stick it in your pocket and walk up to your seat. Enjoy in your seat during the first half. Rinse, repeat at halftime if you're so inclined.

What's not to like?

Liked it for the shite games. Would go down at half and just chill for a bit before making it back to the seats for the end.

Obviously it's a rip off, but I figure I don't usually pay for tickets anymore so I can pony up for that.

I heard it looked cheap because it was approved last minute so they threw together what they could.

Have no idea if that's right or wrong. Maybe someone can expand on that?

Never went for football since my tickets are in north end zone.

Alleva indicated on radio they plan on doing one for baseball - that one I will definitely partake in.

Was good. Hardly no line to get your beer. Get beer and put in pocket and bring to your seats. Get another at halftime. $10 per beer just like nfl games.
