No. Coach is the only one who can provide a real culture change. Not a chance a kid does it all alone. Can he contribute to it positively via example and voice, yes. But JJ HAS to change it for the most part.

Did you listen to the interviews? Not one superstar said that he was under pressure except to improve their game for the next level.
