All I care is how the team reacts to the personnel decisions. They all appear to be supportive. That is all that matters. Not the whiny lee coddlers that post on message boards.
There isn't a controversy.

I do not like to hear him give the Sports News at all. Now, I do have a choice to change the channel but, I do not.
Now to the reason for the post and that of the QB situation. This is just my thoughts and feelings on what is going on.
I believe that Miles could not waite to get JJ back into the starting roll. JL threw 2 int's against Bama and he only saw 11 snaps in the whole game that night. Once JJ went into the game at Bama after that 2nd int JJ became the starter and JL did not see the field until the 4th quarter of last night's game. To JL that drive was his moral booster because Miles did not give him another chance to correct his problem that night.
I honestly feel that JJ will be the starter in the next 2 games and depending on what happens in those 2 games will determine if JJ will remain the starter. Miles does not see this as a QB controversy he just sees it as doing what he feels he needs to do regardless of how anyone else does about it.
My feelings are that JL should have never been pulled as the starter. He should have started the game and then depending on the amount of lead let JJ get his playing time in then. Miles showed exactly what his intentions where all along and he will do it the way he wants and I do believe JJ will be the QB from here on out with JL getting in only if LSU has put the game away. Miles is scared to death that if JL goes into the game he will throw LSU out of the game. He treats those ints the same way as he does fumbles with the RBs. They fumble they are pulled. That is what happened to JL.

By 2010 rules this means nothing. Based on one data point, in 2011, one assist=you get to start next game. Unless, of course, you are Michael Ford.

His ten o'clock broadcast was toned down big time from 6 the word entrenched was not used and said grades may have lead to lee not playing as much

I sat in the Tiger Den Suites last night the rumoring started by a TAF worker was that Lee had a concussion in the Bama game and was a little groggy all week, the option call makes this seem unlikely

I have seen multiple places from credible sources that it was a classroom issue. That makes way more sense than Les loves JJ and hates Lee. If Les loved JJ so much he wouldnt have played Lee the rest of the way against Auburn when JJ threw a nice bomb for a TD in the 2nd quarter. Lee came back in, clicked the next drive, and we rode him the rest of the way never seeing JJ again till bama. Of course everyone wants to ignore that.

Then you can kiss the NC goodbye.

So two interceptions against the best defense he will face all year suddenly makes Lee a threat to throw the game away? What about all of the stupid mistakes that Jefferson has made in the past....holding onto the ball too long, taking sacks instead of throwing the ball away, throwing into double coverage, etc?

I keep telling you guys Jaques Doucet is not a true LSU fan.... He's a UL-Lafayette Ragin' Cajun fan.

Do you really think Les, JJ or his fanbois are actually going to expect to hold JJ to the same standards he holds Lee? If that was the case JJ would have been benched forever doing that 7 game stretch last year where he couldnt throw a TD, complete a bubble screen or exceed 100 yrds passing in a game.
Different rules for JJ than Lee!

We'll probably never know for sure, but this certainly seems to be the case.
Miles will be the one taking the heat when his little QB switcheroo comes back to bite LSU in the arse.

The problem it was not JL throwing the picks but JJ. If JL would have been the one throwing those picks he would not have seen the field at all this year' Just my take is all.

You know how I know you're ghey? Maybe we can get Chicken to set you boys up a "Style Board" so you can discuss the fashion choices of sport casters?
