I'm not sure who you are referring to when you say "we," but most of the students weren't even in high school the last time the band played tiger rag. Also, oweo was banned before almost all of the current students were there.

I graduated in 2007. It was somewhat amusing (and sad) that the current students didn't know how to OWEO after the TD.
Maybe in another 5 years, they can bring back all the songs since the student will forget how to do them all by then.
