Maybe not everybody wants to sit in front of a computer you douchebag. Or has laptops, computers, and all the 'technology' all over the house like you, a-hole.

Pretty simple choice - stay in the stone age and continue to have limited access to LSU baseball or buy some inexpensive, simple technology and have almost unlimited access.

There is absolutely no quantifiable way to say SECN is a bad thing for coverage of LSU sports for the vast majority of LSU fans.

A chromecast is $35. A roku can be found for $70.

You dont have to sit in front of a computer. I dont know anyone who does that.

If you dont WANT to use those devices that's your choice and I wont hate on anyone who doesnt. But you forfeit any right to bitch about it not being on TV though.

For Basketball fans, SECN has been fantastic. I could've watched every single game this year.

I don't understand why everyone is running down the SEC Network.

Best damn channel ever.

I love the SEC Network's coverage. It makes many different sports way more accessible than before, either on TV or via SECN+. I hardly ever watch SECN other than for sports, but it's worth it just for that.

Nobody does this. If you can't buy a $30 Chromecast and plug it into your TV, you don't deserve the greatness of being able to watch damn near every single LSU game

Unbelievable..! You manage to be dumb enough to post on this board, but cannot figure out how to stream the games on your TV..? Get with the program Grandpa, it's 2015..! If you can't figure this shite out 40 games into the season, then I don't think you will ever figure it out..!! In previous years, you would be lucky to have 10 games televised. This year, every game can be watched live (with a little technology of course)..! So stop bitching..!

Just out of curiosity, how many of you were told you had to get digital cable boxes by your cable companies when they stopped analogue broadcasting all TV channels (whether or not you watched analogue)?

Serious question.

Look I chose to live out in the country. That's fine. But internet isn't worth it when you have to get Hughes net sat. Verizon service stops at the creek about 200 yards from my house. I use my phone for emails and paying bills. Have direct tv and sec network so I don't have to watch off internet that isn't available.

I sacrifice for this being my backyard

I think you meant to direct that at someone else. I think my pov is tandem to yours.

My question about analogue/digital broadcasting is that the cable companies are trying to squeeze every dollar out of us and did so under false pretenses in that example (coaxial cable = digital, but every cable company I know of used the cessation of analogue broadcasting to convince people that they needed an unnecessary proprietary cable box, which cost more per month, and piggybacked onto that adding more channels for an additional monthly price, as well).

'technology'

What are the quotes for?

Seriously, get the app, get a chromecast, you press one button to send it from your phone to the TV. I watched the spring game yesterday bc its available to replay whenever you want to watch it, on your own time. Yeah, a real pain in the arse, I know.

I just read through this entire thread. Something I usually don't do. I am amazed at how much bitching we do. I am of the age where if you wanted to watch the spring game you had better gotten your arse to Baton Rouge Saturday. Now some of you are bitching that a conference specific sports channel isn't preempting a live event for a replay of a SPRING GAME. With today's plethora of technology and tv programming its not like you are going to miss anything. You've seen the "big" plays already. You know what player performed well already and you have up to the second stats. Some of you guys are just bitching to bitch. Nah man just shut up and watch the damn thing whenever they broadcast it. We are lucky to live in a time where a SPRING GAME is even on TV.
