Hey guys. Again, I come in peace. Still recovering from last night. Just wanted to say from everything I heard from people down there at the series that the atmosphere was great, and your fans were great. I am heading to Omaha and hoping to run into a few of your fans there again. I know they will be nothing less than hospitable. Take care guys!

College baseball is all about getting hot at the right time. We peaked too early and you guys seem to be peaking at the right time.

Good Luck. I thought highly of your team coming into the weekend, and you guys are still better than I thought. I'll be pulling for you guys in Omaha.

Thanks guys.

Honest question: Were Lange and Poche on their games this weekend? I honestly have not seen them pitch earlier this year other than Poche for a few innings vs Rice.

Lange was on the first 5 innings, but lost it in the 6th I believe. Poche was on for the most part, but you could tell that he was tired.

Lange: He was a bit off. Your hitters were a big reason why.

Poche: Usual 2 runs in the first. He was on.

I will be pulling for you guys.Your team plays the game the right way and does all the little things you have to do to win. I think you are about two arms short of being able to get a crown but maybe you can hit your way out of it. Omaha history has taught us there is more than one way to skin that cat. Enjoy yourself up there and good luck.

I agree. They are a well-rounded team. They can beat you with the long ball or small ball. Very fundamentally sound team, especially offensively. I think they will make some noise in Omaha

Lange pitched well in all but 1 inning. He usually can go at least 7. So, the answer to your question is no.

What you saw from Poche was a typical start for him. Get frazzled in the 1st; settle down and pitch 5-6 great innings.

We have 2 other arms, but they are not like Beckwith or AC. Hopeck is solid and can be that good. The other one is our Freshman who would have started today. I hope we make some noise. I can only stay til Monday. Hoping to see 2 CCU wins.

I figured they'd be playing the UF/FSU winner in Game 1 Saturday
