If they kick that ball deep, there is a very good chance we go conservative and they get the ball back with plenty of time to get into FG range.

Dodged a bullet.

On the bright side, all hail Zach Von Rosenberg!!

That was one of the dumbest things I have seen this year. Like WTF.
Thanks because we got outcoached up to that stupid move.

That was a horrible decision. They had us on the ropes with plenty of time to get the ball back. Not sure why they pushed the issue.

I just mentioned this in my kamikaze post!

it was a coaching blunder on Syracuse.

The "bad coaching" crowd should meet the "we've got the best talent in the nation crowd".

Our Oline is not very good, probably below average. Get that fixed and our Dline healthy and we're a slightly above average team. No signs of the Oline fix on the horizon.

It would have been a genius move had it actually worked.

This should get a lot more attention. That was a colossal brain fart by the Syracuse coaching staff. Gave LSU a short field too; probably cost them the game given the momentum.

LSU has talent but not the best in the nation. Yes - probably max out potential is slightly above average.
Why did so many players transfer? Why massive number of suspensions? Those issues show something significant is breaking down behind the scenes.

Not going for 2 after td made it 28-18 was a head scratcher as well.

Knowing good and damn well you didnt want that bullet dodged. Guarantee you got pissed at Syracuse for messing it up. How bad did you want Syracuse to win?

This is reality at LSU.

It was a poor coaching decision just like them not going for two on their previous touchdown

I actually think LSU’s setup for that kick baited Cuse into that attempt. It looked like he was trying to just pooch it over our one line and have a Cuse player recover it.

Stop projecting you twat.

Just because you've spent a decade rooting against LSU because you hated the coach doesn't mean I'm doing the same because I pointed out a huge break we got in the game.

Discussing the game is what we do here

True, but what percentage of inside kicks are recovered by the kicking team? I was surprised they did it.

, we were playing for it. You kick the ball deep if we're lined up for an onside.
